Team uniforms are produced in the hundreds or tens of thousands of pieces at once. A single defective lot affects the sewing vendor and the buyer alike.
Poongjin TFC introduced its fabric inspection system and inspection machines in 2010, followed by FABRIC TEST equipment and a CONDITIONING ROOM in 2011.
The CONDITIONING ROOM measures true physical properties — shrinkage, color fastness, tensile strength — under standard temperature and humidity. This was a core requirement of adidas certification in 2015.
Every bulk lot passes through our In-house Lab before shipment. With this Fanatics-certified system (2021), buyers can trust consistent quality without incoming inspection.
