Through our quote request form, we collect: name, email address, company name, phone number, and project details you provide voluntarily. We do not collect payment information or any data beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiry.
견적 문의 폼을 통해 이름, 이메일 주소, 회사명, 전화번호, 그리고 사용자가 자발적으로 제공하는 프로젝트 정보를 수집합니다. 결제 정보나 문의 응대에 불필요한 데이터는 수집하지 않습니다.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to (a) respond to quote requests and (b) maintain records of business communications. We do not use your information for marketing without separate consent.
수집 정보는 (a) 견적 문의 응답, (b) 업무 커뮤니케이션 기록 유지 목적으로만 사용됩니다. 별도 동의 없이 마케팅에 사용하지 않습니다.
3. Storage and Retention
Form submissions are stored in a secured database operated by our hosting provider (Cafe24). Personal data is retained for up to 1 year after the purpose of collection is fulfilled, then securely deleted — unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
폼 제출 데이터는 호스팅 제공사(Cafe24)가 운영하는 보안 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 개인정보는 수집 목적이 달성된 후 최대 1년 이내에 안전하게 파기하며, 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우 예외로 합니다.
4. Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
법률에 따른 요청을 제외하고, 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
언제든지 이메일로 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법정 기한 내에 회신드립니다.
6. Security Measures
Access to stored form data is limited to authorized personnel. The database is protected by access credentials and is not exposed to the public internet beyond the form submission endpoint.
저장된 폼 데이터 접근은 승인된 담당자로 제한됩니다. 데이터베이스는 접속 자격 증명으로 보호되며, 폼 제출 엔드포인트 외부에 공개되지 않습니다.
